The Lord’s Work in Haiti
We are very involved in spreading the gospel and helping meet the needs of the people of Haiti. This small island country in the Carribean is the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere and a foothold of Voodoo. Help us win Haiti for Christ!

Cadouche
We have helped start a new congregation in the rural town of Cadouche in northern Haiti. This a particularly poor area, even by

Haiti standards. Rum stills are the main source of income for the residents. And the local Voodoo doctors holds great sway over the people. The light of the gospel is beginning to penetrate this dark place.

Fonrose Teogene is a prominant church planter and preacher who lives in Cap Haitien. He is helping develop the Cadouche Church of

Christ. The congregation has quickly grown from 25 to 100 people. We helped the Cadouche Church of Christ purchase a plot of land and are now in the process of planning to help them build a building, dig a well, etc. Please pray for this work.

Bob Valerius

Bob is one of our members who has also moved to Haiti to permanently live and work for the Lord there. He runs the Cap Haitien Children’s Home, where about 60 children find a home of love and support.
Bob faithfully administers the orphanage, teaches school, and serve the community for Jesus. His teenage son, Anthony, also lives and works in Cap Haitien. Please check out Bob’s website and prayerfully consider sponsoring a child at HaitiChurchofChrist.org
